The Princess and her Ruby's!!

Last Saturday we took Alexa to get her ears pierced, I felt so bad for her. I hate to hear her cry in pain, even though she didn't cry too much. She cried when they did each earring, but that was it. She looks so cute, but I still can't get a good picture of her ears, she always moves her head.

Hello little Lady!!!

Friday Alexa and I stayed home, it was soo cold outside. We dressed warm and played on mommy's bed with her new friend. Scarlet, the ladybug came out to play, Alexa's new bug from her Auntie Martha. She stared at Scarlet and gave her alot of looks, tried to grab her and hit her head. She loved Scarlet, she smiled at her about 5 times, before I finally got up and grabbed the camera. Also, in the 3rd picture, I think I see a dimple. I have the same one, awww!

Cheering on the REDSKINS!!!

Daddy and Alexa were both so excited for Monday night football. The Redskins are playing against the Eagles. Alexa and daddy got all ready for the game, daddy has his gear on, his drinks and snacks ready to go. Alexa's gear did not come in the mail in time for the game, but she did have her paci she was sporting. The Redskins were victorious, they beat the Eagles 20-12, it was a very good game!

Playdate with my cousins!

Mommy babysat 3 of Alexa's cousins today, Hugo, Ariana, and Luis. They came over and hung out with Alexa, watched cartoons and ate popcorn. When daddy came home, they all went out front to play catch. Alexa stood on the sidelines and watched, she will be able to join them in a few years!

Alexa is smiling so much more these days, before it was just every once in a while. Now, she will just look at you and smile or if I am talking to her. She also has her little jibber jabber she does, it's so cute. I will have to upload a video of her talking to her best pals, her bugs. She is such a good baby, she does not fuss much, only when she wants to eat or has a dirty diaper. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful little girl!!

Alexa's first boat trip!

We spent Labor Day weekend at Lake Tulloch, about two hours away from where we live. My friend Crystal, her parents have a house off the lake. It was very hot, but we managed to stay nice and cool. We took a ride on the pontoon boat across the lake, daddy was able to take the jet ski out. Alexa stayed cool in the baby pool with Rylee, she sported her new bikini auntie Crystal bought her. We ate alot of yummy food, relaxed and stayed cool. We can't wait to go back again!
